About Ronson J. Petree

Ronson Petree was born in Winter Park, Florida, and was raised in the Orlando area. His legal career has been devoted to representing injured workers since 1991. Although the majority of Mr. Petree’s practice has been representing injured workers, he believes that his past experience as a workers’ compensation defense attorney and certified mediator have given him an insight into how both the injured worker and the employer/carrier approach a dispute. He has extensive experience in all types of workers’ compensation litigation on the trial and appellate levels throughout Central Florida.

Hired Attorney Ronson J. Petree

Mr. Petree has been my "rock" for four and 1/2 years of dealing with Worker's Compensation. He stands by me and never let's me give up. He is my strong force that keeps me going. I had a very bad injury at work and I can never work again, but he makes sure I have the care I need when I need it. He is there for me anytime I need him to answer something I don't understand. We correspond by email. I really don't know what I would do without Jeff.

Hired Attorney Ronson J. Petree

Obviously I was injured at work and Mr Petree was my lawyer for almost two year, through two surgeries and many problems with my case. He was always professional and courteous and answered all emails and calls, even on Saturdays. No question seemed to small or inane for him to get back to me about. He was supportive and encouraging throughout this whole ordeal. He found me another surgeon to do the second surgery who was exceptional. He held my hand through bouts of discouragement.He was a rock.

Hired Attorney Ronson J. Petree

I have been dealing with Mr. Petree (Jeff) since March, 2011 and not finished, but almost. Naturally, this was a Worker's Compensation case against a rather large well known company. I was injured at work and have had to undergo two major back surgeries. He has been there for me every step of the way. We mostly communicated by Email, as that and faster. He would ALWAYS get back to me with a reply within 15 minutes, 'ALWAYS", even on a Saturday. I felt confident he was always there for me.
