First I want to say to disregard every other review because Mr Colvin and his paralegal Jessica was amazing! Long story short I needed mr colvin for a dog custody case, and mr Colvin was literally a blessing he kept us updated on our case he met up with us several times to discuss the case and go over what would happen in court (which is very important) he did everything in his power to get us what we needed and the day of court mr Colvin was very intelligent with what he said and how he went about fighting our case he knew what he wanted he knew his laws and he was very aggressive(a good kind) he definitely had our best interest and our dogs best interest at hand I couldn’t be more happier with having mr Colvin represent us and if I ever need him again I will definitely come back(hopefully we won’t lol) but I will definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a lawyer with your best interest and how to handle cases and is passionate about what he does! He won my case! TYSM mr colvin!
We had a horrible experience with this attorney. Unreturned calls and e-mails, month + delay in getting started. The worst thing is when we advised him that we no longer want to retain his services, his office has refused to refund us our retainer (even tough no services were rendered). We've filed a BBB complaint (the attorney simply ignored it). We are in the process of filing a Fee Arbitration with the Florida Bar, but most importantly we are doing as many reviews online as we can.
