Richard Warther is a Florida Board Certified Intellectual Property Law Attorney. He practices in the areas of patent prosecution, patent infringement studies and client counseling. He counsels inventors and businesses on the patent process and patent potential of inventions. He specializes in the areas of electrical and electronic, telecommunications, semiconductor, computer software, manufacturing, medical product, biotechnology, chemical, pharmaceutical and mechanical industries. Mr. Warther is a Certified Manufacturing Engineer.
Mr. Warther is a former President (1989 -1990) of the Southern Piedmont Chapter in North Carolina of the Society of Manufacturing Engineers.
