    Upon graduation from Ohio Northern University School of Law, Ray practiced law with a firm in Mansfield, Ohio for two years, followed by a two year stint as head of the pension trust department of a bank in Youngstown, Ohio which later became a part of National City Bank. He moved his family to Greenville, Ohio to practice law with a local firm in 1984. In 1990 he opened Donadio Law Office with one secretary and over the next twenty years the firm, now known as Donadio, Wagner and Flichman, Ltd. Grew to three attorneys and six staff persons. In 2008 Ray sat for the Florida Bar Exam and was licensed to practice law in Florida in December, 2008. He and Janet Strickland formed a law partnership in April 2010 where he currently practices. He and his wife are now in the process of becoming Florida residents. Ray concentrates his practice in the areas of Estate Planning including Wills and Trusts, Probate, Real Estate and Business/Corporate Law. He is also licenses in all state and federal courts in Ohio, as well as the United States Supreme Court. Ray is a member of the American Bar Association, the Ohio State Bar Association, the Florida Bar, the Volusia County Bar Association and the Darke County, Ohio Bar Association where he has served as President. In addition, Ray has served on numerous civic and community boards, and presently serves on the Bethany Seminary Board of Trustees in Richmond, Indiana.
