Worst service ever. I wa t to buy a franchise restaurant and this law office is the escrow agent that hold the deposit. The seller rejected my offer and broker email Kenneth and Kathy the rejection letter so they can release my fund deposit back to me. They holding it for a week already Kathy says she can’t release my find base on the rejection letter and she didn’t know what she need exactly and asked me to take number and call me back . No call back at all . So I called and exp reception .
