It took 9 years for any real results to happen with my case and not the results I wanted. After all that time They never got to depose the most important witnesses. Come to find out in 2011 Mary was disciplined by the state licensing authority for wrongdoing. James Kelaher in my opinion should be taken out back and retired, he threatened to bring suit against me and even insulted me several times. David the paralegal gave bad unsolicited information and on several occasions told me they were bringing a lawsuit against me if I didn't agree to the "settlement" of which led to them getting the lion share. I never really wanted to settle this case and it was always was about bringing the accused to justice yet now the rich and powerful skate, but in my opinion for Sherris it was about collecting on their fees when they didn't think they could win. We were awarded 100,000 in the settlement Sherris LEGAL took 60k +/-. My advice is never agree for a lawyer to take a net settlement.
