Very impressed and extremely satisfied! Was facing a 2nd DUI just within 5 years of each other, so I was against very harsh penalties. I never would have recovered from the sentencing. I'm thankful every day that I found Mr. Phillips. There wasn't a single day where I lost my privilege to drive. David Katz is a wonderful man who instantly calmed me down and helped. He is very established and well-reputable in the court system (as is his partner) as well as knowledgable; they know people. He immediately got my license back at a DMV hearing, and made sure my safety and freedom from being out of jail was the first priority. I was offered no deal, yet he was willing to risk his 5 year record of no losses and we went to trial. I wasn't expecting to win but his expertise gave me a not guilty!
