After nearly a decade of dedicated service in Morgan & Morgan's Consumer Protection Department, Jared expanded his expertise as the Managing Partner of The Consumer Rights Advocacy Firm. He has always focused on representing individuals against corporate misconduct and that fight for the people continues through his return to Morgan & Morgan in 2023 where he continues his dedication to fighting for the people injured due to the negligence of others, focusing on premises liability cases.
Jared attended Florida State College of Law, where he made a commitment to use his legal education to help people. That quest led him to a brief stint as a public defender before he discovered a passion for protecting consumers. Since that time, he’s had the privilege of representing consumers in obtaining sizable recoveries through trial, arbitration, and settlement, including multiple seven-figure outcomes.
As an Adjunct Professor at Florida State University College of Law, he imparts his knowledge to help shape the next generation of legal minds. His leadership experience includes having served as a two-term Chair of the Florida Bar’s Consumer Protection Committee.
His legal prowess has been recognized with numerous accolades, including being named a Rising Star by Super Lawyers for thirteen consecutive years, achieving a '10/10 Superb' rating on Avvo.com, and earning an AV rating from Martindale-Hubbel for legal ability and ethics based on peer recommendations.
Jared's commitment to excellence is also evident in his personal pursuits, including his passion for rock climbing and completing a 70.3 Ironman-showcasing the same determination and resilience he brings to his legal practice.
Jared is a devoted family man. Married to Ruth, the couple is blessed with five spunky daughters, making his home life as dynamic and fulfilling as his career. An active member of his church and community, Jared's life is a testament to his belief in service, integrity, and justice.
