Sometimes their communication was lacking in follow-up. As a disabled person with children and an elderly parent in the household, I needed more than one phone call in regards to urgent matters. Our bankruptcy was closed because someone erased the call and I never got the message. If they had better follow-up, we could have resolved the problem and paid our program in full. However, they were quick to respond when we did communicate, and their filings were excellently done. Very thorough.

Hired Attorney Mr. James Monroe Jr.

Communicating with this lawyer or his staff was very difficult. Phone calls were not returned in a timely manner. Also, we are still dealing with a matter that should have been taken care of in the bankruptcy and apparently wasn't due to a mistake in paperwork.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*
