In 2023, I hired this attorney (Gretchen Ortiz) to handle legal matters for the business I shared with my husband, as well as to assist with certain operational tasks related to the aesthetics division. Despite completing all required payments and providing the necessary information, the work was never completed, and communication became increasingly limited. The lack of progress and professional clarity led to her removal from any involvement with the business. What raised even greater concern was discovering, later on, during the beginning of my divorce process, that she reappeared representing my husband in matters connected to the same business for which I had initially hired her. From my perspective as the original client in this context, this created an obvious professional conflict of interest and completely eroded any trust I had left. My experience consists of payments without results, lack of follow-through, and professional decisions that I consider highly questionable.
