About Fermin Lopez

After a career serving in the U.S. Army, Fermin Lopez graduated from the University of Central Florida in 1999 and then the University of Florida College of Law with honors in 2003. His practice is focused on personal injury and wrongful death claims of all types.

Only 2.5% of lawyers in Florida are chosen as SuperLawyers, and Mr. Lopez has been selected as a Superlawyer since 2010. He was also recognized as among Florida's Outstanding Young Lawyers by the American Registry of Business Excellence. Mr. Lopez serves as an adjunct professor of insurance law at Barry University School of Law and serves at the Student Trial Advocacy Coach.

Mr. Lopez serves on the board of directors of both the Central Florida Trial Lawyers Association and the Hispanic Bar Association of Central Florida
