If you are drinking and driving, write down his no. because you will eventually get dui. This lawyer is best in state. Don't even think about someone else. He got my case dropped from nowhere. It was impossible. I thank him from my heart.

David Katz is a wonderful man who instantly calmed me down and helped. He is very established and well-reputable in the court system (as is his partner) as well as knowledgable; they know people. He immediately got my license back at a DMV hearing, and made sure my safety and freedom from being out of jail was the first priority. I was offered no deal, yet he was willing to risk his 5 year record of no losses and we went to trial. I wasn't expecting to win but his expertise gave me a not guilty!
