This law firm in my case didn't conduct a comment investigation into my medical records. They allowed a doctor's report to go unchallenged. Had this firm thoroughly reviewed the medical reports, they would have noted the error in the doctors report and a new report would have been favorable to the plaintiff. In fact the plaintiff is the one who discovered the error the doctor made and received the correction, however this was done post settlement and the monetary loss was severe.

David Mallen is awful and very vague. If you call to get updates he will give an attitude and be very short including his paralegal Penny. They do not care for their clients AT ALL and you can tell if your case is not going to bring them in a lot of money they do not care about it and will leave your case sitting there and neglect you as a client. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!! It's unfortunate because they have an ethic code to treat their clients with dignity and they do not abide by it.
