About Colin S. Baker

Colin Baker, Co-Chair of the Orlando Litigation Group, focuses his practice on complex commercial litigation in federal and state courts. Colin assists clients in cases involving shareholder and partnership disputes, contracts, business torts, creditor’s rights, employment issues and non-compete agreements, media and First Amendment law, and real estate ownership and development. Colin’s experience also includes defending companies in sophisticated consumer protection actions, including class actions and government enforcement actions. He has also represented various local governments in constitutional litigation in federal and state courts. After graduating from law school, Colin served as a law clerk to the Honorable G. Kendall Sharp, United States District Judge for the Middle District of Florida.
