Christina Hedley defends clients facing criminal charges and traffic offenses across Orlando, Clermont, Kissimmee, Leesburg, Melbourne, Ocala, Orange City, St. Cloud, The Villages, Titusville, and Daytona Beach. A former Ninth Circuit Assistant Public Defender, Christina is Board Certified in Criminal Trial Law and has tried more than 40 jury trials and 11 bench trials, including juvenile, county, and circuit matters. She also oversaw the Osceola County mental-health court, sharpening her skills with complex, high-stakes cases. After six years of public defense, she broadened her perspective in first-party property insurance defense, working closely with Special Investigation Units to uncover fraud—experience that now strengthens her courtroom strategy. Christina earned dual bachelor’s degrees in legal studies and law enforcement administration from the University of New Haven and her J.D. from Barry University School of Law. Known for her calm, analytical approach and ability to anticipate opposing arguments, she provides diligent, client-focused representation in Florida’s courts.
