Hired Attorney Susan Spencer

There is no better counsel anywhere that i know of. She is the best of the best in every aspect of her work. I have been her client for 20+ years, she has done corporate, securities, M&A, and everything else. The quality of her work is next to none. She is a person of integrity and character, and of course I trust her beyond words.

Hired Attorney Seymour Benson

Brilliant would be an understatement. He is passionate about what he does and fights hard for what is right. He is a no-nonsense kind of guy and will not waste a moment of your time. I now know him as a friend for over 30 years. I met him as a referral to help me gain custody of my three children as a single father. Back in the day, this rarely was awarded. Seymour fought the good fight and I was awarded custody. That being said, I believe if he even suspected his client was not on the up and up, he would take that person to task and potentially resign. Just a guess, but he has high standards and morals rarely seen these days.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*

• AV Preeminent®: The highest peer rating standard. This rating signifies that a large number of the lawyer’s peers rank him or her at the highest level of professional excellence for their legal knowledge, communication skills and ethical standards.

• Distinguished: An excellent rating for a lawyer with some experience. This rating indicates the attorney is widely respected by their peers for high professional achievement and ethical standards.

• Notable: This rating indicates that the lawyer has been recognized by a large number of their peers for strong ethical standards.

Lawyers who have received peer reviews after 2009 will display more detailed information, including practice areas, summary ratings, detailed numeric ratings and written feedback (if available). Details for individual reviews received before 2009 are not displayed.

Attorneys that receive reviews from their peers, but not a sufficient number to establish a Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Rating, will have those reviews display on our websites.
