Brooke Charlan is a proud seventh-generation Floridan who understands the value of hard work having come from a long line of Florida farmers and cattle ranchers. She carries those same values of perseverance and dedication into her legal practice.
A graduate of Stetson University College of Law, Mrs. Charlan earned her degree with Honors and ranked in the top 10% of her class. She was an active member of both Stetson’s nationally recognized Trial Team and Law Review. Following graduation, she began her career in a demanding medical malpractice trial group, where she focused on litigating complex cases involving birth injuries and birth trauma against major hospital systems across Florida.
To gain a deeper insight into the healthcare system, Mrs. Charlan briefly transitioned to defending physicians and healthcare entities, an experience that proved invaluable. Ultimately, her passion for patient advocacy led her to join Morgan & Morgan, where she now devotes 100% of her practice to medical malpractice cases with a special emphasis on birth injury litigation.
Today, Mrs. Charlan combines her trial experience with her deep Florida roots to fight for families who have been affected by medical negligence, ensuring their voices are heard and their rights are protected.
