Choose your attorney carefully. Like they say, hindsight is 20-20. Just wish they would have revealed that he was an insurance defense attorney actually defending doctors in malpractice claims for literally decades before he joined this firm. I couldn't quite put my finger on it at the time but he didn't seem to have his heart into representing injured victims, and now I know why I got that vibe but now is too late. Only he knows why he chose to represent doctors and insurance companies for most of his life and then suddenly did an about-face and come to this firm. I just feel consumers should be fully informed before they purchase a product or service of any kind, and they should have revealed his real background so clients (who are consumers) can make the correct choice. So, I blame him but I also blame his partners for not being totally honest. Choose your attorney carefully.
