Abbye began her legal career in 2003 and has gained extensive trial experience in numerous bench and jury trials in various courts and has acted as voir dire through closing arguments. She spent the last 10 years representing a variety of clients including businesses, associations, individuals, and local, regional and national banks. She joined Killgore Pearlman as a partner in July, 2014, and practices in the firm's Commercial Litigation group with a focus on business and civil litigation. As a commercial and business litigation practitioner, Abbye handles complex civil litigation matters which include breach of contract claims, intentional and negligent torts, insurance defense, commercial collections, and commercial real property and landlord/tenant disputes.
