I was so blessed to have been referred to A. J. Stanton by respected members of the Orlando community. His kindness, compassion and legal experience put my mind at ease for the first time in months and he ultimately prevailed in stopping our 55+ community from evicting me or having any control over my home. With only days before an eviction hearing, A. J. agreed to represent us following months and many failed attempts by other attorneys and us to negotiate an agreement with the owners and attorneys of our 55+ community which were threatening to take possession of my fully paid for home over action to evict my partner and I from my home after my partner made a 911 call for help, having no basis in fact or any attempt to get the facts. He presented a case so strong, that the judge could not make a decision immediately following the hearing because she had never been faced with my circumstances. He ultimately stopped these owners from evicting and stealing another elderly person’s home.

We recently retained A.J. to conduct a case review and provide a written legal opinion concerning a dispute we residents were having with our park owner in a 55 and over manufactured home park. This was a fairly complicated issue regarding the park owner's attempt to collect property taxes in violation of its rent contract with our Homeowners Association. A. Mr. Stanton was a lifesaver in the legal sense and a blessing in the human sense. Our mom has dementia. We bought a home where she lives with 24-hour caregivers. The contractor hired to make improvements didn't meet his deadlines and threatened to halt work until we paid him. AJ met with him at the job site, a welcome surprise for us.
