Neil Skousen saw that there was a false statement on the affidavit of probable cause made by Sgt. Steven Cragun of the Ephraim police department. Neil contacted the county attorney, got the county attorney to order my immediate release on my own recognizance (OR) and also negotiated that I did not need to pay any bail. The false statement was one of the reasons why it was originally decided to keep me in jail without being able to bail out. It was Neil Skousen that saw the false statement and brought it to the attention of the county attorney. The county attorney falsely claimed they saw it first but after further investigation that was not the case. I want to write more but I am limited to 1000 characters so I will end my saying I recommend Neil Skousen and say thank you again Neil Skousen for your help in defending us and helping the truth to shine against the onslaught of corrupt and evil system that was thrown at us. It was David vs. Goliath with David winning for the TRUTH!
