I have been a client of Mr. Prall since 2010. He is honest and trustworthy. He handles complex negotiations and if necessary litigation. There are plenty of attorneys in Las Vegas, and at times it could be a crap shoot. Not with Todd Prall. Highly recommend you talk to him before anyone else.

I worked with several attorneys at Hutchison, mainly Joseph Ganley and Matt McLaughlin. Joseph Ganley agreed and specifically stated many times that I had an extremely strong case against a past partner and ensured many times over that he would fight very hard for my case. We agreed on a retainer and that I would be contacted in case we were hearing the depletion of that retainer. My Ganley then decided to go 5x beyond the retainer. Him and his team, did nothing aside from send the person I was intent on suing a couple emails attaching a legal demand letter and legal complaint and draft. Not once did they call this person I intended to sue, or their attorney, to discuss and inform them of the fact that I held a very strong case. Joseph and Matt literally sent two emails to them, and then told me that my case was weak, all while charging me 5x the agreed upon amount. I would never recommend Hutchison, Joseph, or Matt. They did absolutely nothing they said they would do.
Worked with the firm for the last year. The initial meeting went fine, but the service gradually went south after that. Seemed to be more interested in collecting their fees then actually winning the case. Lack of attention to detail, and poor follow up communication. Ended up being overcharged for work too.
Too many attorneys within the firm getting involved in our case. And all charging large fees every time they discussed our case. Each not having the knowledge needed to proceed with our case. Lack of following thru and resolving issues. 3 years after case was closed the firm realized they did not legally withdraw as our council.
I have never left a negative review in my life and I do realize that this is very important to let people know about that business to be aware.1st I would like to mention that the whole company have extremely bad service they charged me almost $ 2000 for 3 hours work on case 2nd terrible customer service 3rd terrible communication. I tried hard I called I emailed and I even went to her office and her secretary told me she is on meeting . never do business with Hutchison & Steffen.
