Wendell was recommended to me by a family member who had used his services regarding a probate and estate matter. My wife and I hired Wendell to prepare somewhat complicated joint wills regarding a fairly large estate. I have a long history of dealing with attorneys and I found Wendell to be knowledgeable, friendly and very good to work with. His fees for the services provided are good and I can recommend him without reservation.
Mr. Belknap consulted with me regarding a car insurance claim and stated he would be happy to represent me, but advised against it as it would not be to my financial benefit to hire him. He did however, help me with my "wording" to get the car insurance claims office attention. The end result was that the settlement obtained was $4,000 more than what was originally offered. Mr. Belknap did not have any financial gain for his advise. He give lawyers a good name!
