Ben Johnston is in my considered opinion a superlative lawyer in his area of expertise (traffic law). He has continually demonstrated a level of effectiveness and professionalism that other lawyers have as of yet to consistently demonstrate to me. {para}Ben managed my case with total comprehension of the issues and challenges, setting out an effective strategy, setting my expectations correctly, and helping to achieve an outcome that a lesser attorney would not have achieved.

Benjamin Johnson is a soulless practitioner of the law provides no opportunity for victims of violent crimes in the county to take more time to make payments on parking tickets so he takes their vehicles and their ability to seek opportunities to pay their debt. He enabled the county to seize my car, despite being violently attacked and recovering from injuries and nearly took off my thumb and left me with an open chest wound for a month. But that was not an excuse for not paying off my parking tickets so he seized my car. no one should ever hire such a piece such a insensitive, awful thorn in the side of justice on the back of the working people of this area.
