Hired Attorney

This is the worst lawyer I ever had. For her as a free public dependant. She won’t accept calls from jail, ignores your requests to provide another, gives your private information inappropriately, doesn’t act in your best interests, ignores important pieces of evidence, careless and simply dump as hell. I really dislike her, she never tried to win my case, and ignored when I told her what I do not want to work with her. Could have won if had a normal lawyer.

well she is the defense attorney for my husband who is currently in clackamas county jail. and has been for 1 week . she has not been up to introduce herself or even let my husband know what's going on with his case. nothing. this is very upsetting. as i count on my husband for a lot. i never realized it but i do. and well i beleive it's purely respectful to at least make some type of contact with your client. weather or not your court appointed or not. now i would like his bail lowered and i left her a voice mail message with the phone number the courthouse gave me. i left her a voicemessage. yet to hear back from her. well plus the charge of theft in the 3rd degree carries a 3 year statue of limitations on it. his charge was from 2016 way past the statue of limitations. also he has been passing out and falling in the jail since he has been there . she ain't trying to help from where i stand anyways. if anyone gets this lady fire her right away. she will do you no justice.

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*
