Hired Attorney Richard Wilkinson

Richard, Rick to me, has helped me in so many real estate transactions in the 30 years I have been in the business (he's not as old as I am, but I have used him since when he started) and consistently, he has shown intelligence, ingenuity, responsiveness and care in everything I have involved him in...and always with great good humor. Recently he found an heir on a fishing boat which saved me from having to find 46 others. He is great! I recommend him and his staff wholeheartedly.

Hired Law Firm

Terrible experience. Did not bother to get the title for the home we bought. Unprofessional, incompetent and primarily concerned with money. When we resold the home the agent and new law firm had to do a lot of they work that Wilkinson did not do.
