In your best interest DO NOT USE Mr. Reid. He withheld the discovery evidence against me in my case that the plaintiff got a citizen's arrest for removing encroachments off my property. It was a case of malicious prosecution. Mr. Reid helped them convict me by excluding me from testifying. He did not tell me he was not going to call me to the stand to defend myself. No one needs that kind of legal malpractice. It would have been common decency to tell me ahead of time he was not going to argue my case so I could have hired a lawyer who would. Lawyers like Mr. Reid should be held accountable when they do this to innocent people. An honest attorney would have shown me the discovery so I could have defended myself properly. I believe Mr. Reid intentionally withheld information that would have proved my innocence because he was aware that the plaintiff's son was a local police officer. He could have subpoenaed witnesses to corroborate that the plaintiffs where lying!!
