HarperWilliams, PLLC, formerly Higginbotham & Bowman, P.L.C., is one of the oldest criminal defense law firms in Central Virginia, originally founded by S. Page Higginbotham (1916-1995) in 1941. Our firm strives to provide the best legal representation available to criminal defense clients at a fair and reasonable cost. We currently have over 60 years of combined experience in criminal law practice.

Amy Harper is no average lawyer, though she's very knowledgeable professional, and straight forward, she's also trustworthy, compassionate and by the end of your case, a friend. We hired Mrs. Harper to help us through one of the hardest and most difficult times in our families life and we didn't know what to expect. If I ever had concerns or questions, Mrs. Harper was only a text away. Mrs. Harper was very determined and persistent no matter what opposition came her way.
