He was very warm and thorough, made us feel okay about what we had to do

Although he was helpful at the beginning of our case, he lacked follow through. When the case was closed, we found that to our surprise there were some issues that were never addressed. We were told that they were the fault of the attorney for not being more thorough. When we followed up with Ken, both months and then years after our case closed, he never responded back to any of our questions.

Hired Attorney

Attorney Lenz was very personable and easy to talk to. He was never condescending or judgmental. However, he did not inform us when a hearing was postponed, causing us to miss an extra day of work and show up unnecessarily at the courthouse. Neither he nor his secretary were even apologetic about their error. Also, he neglected to tell us his fee did not include him accompanying us to court for an integral hearing. I cannot recommend his services.
