Big mistake, we retain Frank about a year ago For seven months Frank was very positive about our case. He billed us monthly for a total of 20k plus. Claimed he was researching. After seven months he floors with a suggestion to drop our case. Only Via defendants attorney we found out Frank failed to file the complaint timely and has basically I believe lost our case. personally I would look elsewhere for another attorney. Very shady and I believe less than qualified to be serving the public .
