Did not take the needs of their client into consideration. Did not file paperwork on behalf of client but kept deposit. Did not provide a breakdown of monies used from deposit nor could they prove how much of deposit was remaining. Lied about docs filed.
I went to Dads Law as a father with a child support case against mom. It was pretty straightforward except mom hired an aggressive attorney and I wasn't comfortable without being represented. Along came J. Curtis Cox from Dads Law and the whole case went south from then on. My genius attorney didn't file briefs as directed by the judge, ended up reprimanded, and fined by the court then quit my case. Next hearing the judge tossed my case she was so angry. Nice job Dads Law and J. Curtis Cox
