I have serious concerns regarding the conduct of Thomas Santoro. Based on my experience, my father was not properly informed or educated regarding his last will and testament. Following my father’s passing, Mr. Santoro engaged in actions that I believe were misleading and manipulative toward my sister and me. As a result of these actions, my sister and I were compelled to retain independent legal counsel to protect our interests. Throughout this process, Mr. Santoro’s behavior appeared dishonest, unprofessional, and lacking transparency. His conduct suggested a prioritization of personal financial gain over ethical responsibility. I believe Mr. Santoro took advantage of a vulnerable situation involving a deceased individual and the surviving children. In my view, his actions demonstrate a lack of integrity, professionalism, and accountability. His approach was marked by arrogance and poor judgment, which is deeply concerning given the seriousness of his role and responsibilities.
