Hired Attorney John Fagan

Worst Law Firm Ever!! I had two accidents 6 months apart. Rear ended while stopped at light both times. MRI and other proof of injuries. Both times I had $100k in Uninsured/underinsured coverage. They did not bother to pursue either insurance company for these claims! They never return phone calls. You go months without hearing from them. If you want answers walk in and wait in lobby. Maybe you will get a response. Almost at deadline I was transferred to "Associate" who not only was unaffiliated, he would not handle cases from this office. Then transferred to different "Associate" turned out to be opposition's lawyer. Big local firm from tv commercials would not take me. Finally found James Radloff. By this time my cases were so messed up that wrong insurance companies were named in the suits. 1st case reopened and insurance company said we've been waiting to hear about this to close it! This is brief explanation! Choose any other lawyer! Even defending yourself would be better!
