Hired Attorney Mr. Mitchell Lattof Jr.

He walked me through the entire small claims court process, told me what to do when they defaulted and told me to keep quiet for the next 42 days after I filed the default while the courts work on it so their team of lawyers can’t do anything about it once that grace period passed. Not only has he continued to show me the best routes to take in my specific situation, but he even had me continue to call him to let him know how things were going. I’ve been chomping at the bit to get these reviews out about this man. I wanted to wait until everything was finalized so I could give a full account of all the kindness and advice this sweet man has shown me.

All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.
