Mr. Roth has been a member of the New Jersey Bar since 1995, and is also a member of the New York Bar and the District of Columbia Bar. He received his J.D. at Seton Hall University School of Law and his B.A. at the University of Connecticut. Mr. Roth is admitted to the Supreme Court of the United States Bar, and is a member of New Jersey Bar Association, the New Jersey Association for Justice (formerly the American Trial Lawyers Association of New Jersey), the Bergen County Bar Association, and the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy. Mr. Roth has also been certified as a mediator for the state of New Jersey. Certified as a foreclosure and matrimonial mediator in the state of New Jersey.

Preparing & filing for divorce is a difficult, stressful time. Finding a good, trust-worthy lawyer is critical and equally daunting. After 28 years of marriage, I was very much there. I selected two lawyers based on the reviews. I left a message for both. Jason Roth called back in less than 5 minutes. On that first call, he took time to listen to my case, and patiently addressed all my questions. We had a follow-up call. Again, he was calm, thorough and took time to set very clear expectations of what was to come. I decided to go with him. Over the coming months, Jason always made time for me, never once rushed me, was always proactive and continued to respond within minutes, even to my non-urgent emails over the weekend. From a skill perspective he was exemplary, providing guidance and consistently striking that balance between being empathetic and offering fact-based guidance. From the time I signed to that video call for final judgement of divorce I felt supported. Thank you, Jason!

When I was going through a difficult time in my life, Mr. Jason Roth was there for me throughout the whole process. Right off the bat, he came off as adept and sharp. I was not disappointed. Jason Roth is an awesome attorney. He personalized the experience. He made it seem like my divorce case was the only case on his desk. He was very patient. Jason did not give me false hope. He laid it out on the table, what was attainable, unattainable, possible, realistic or just not going to work. My divorce was smooth because of Jason and his pleasant staff. Even though I had my divorce in a time when my life was otherwise turned upside down, Jason supported me and made sure I stayed on track with his gentle push. I would definitely recommend this lawyer. Even after the divorce he followed up to make sure that everything was done properly.

Jason Roth was thorough and patient. He takes his position as being the person to protect and stand up for you as his client very serious, but still advises honestly when it is best to waiver a little. He understands that finding that perfect compromise in a divorce should not bankrupt both parties involved. He told me what I needed to hear and not always what I wanted to hear which is an invaluable gift to possess in Family Law. I highly recommend him and his entire professional team.

He is very reasonable and discusses pros and cons, while seeking his clients best interest, he always maintained level headed, practical discussions and guided me over a long and exhausting 11 months.
