Hired Attorney Mr. James William Ezzell, Jr.

He was extremely helpful in our situation, had no problems answering any questions and managed to help us with a couple of other things that didn't have anything to do with the bankruptcy for free since they were minor.

He was honest about what he could put in the bankruptcy and very quick at getting the bankruptcy done. He was courteous and explained everything so that someone who was not a lawyer could understand.

he speaks too fast and acts like he is in a hurry wanting to get you out of his office and doesn't answer questions directly, but he knows what he is doing and does get the job done, but you have to stay on him about it
