She was hired to defend a case of Criminal Trespassing (Fishing in the lake I lived on without paying $400 for a boat sticker) In a case of Trespassing, any first year law student knows the FIRST thing to do is make the plaintiff PROVE they actually OWN the property. But she DIDN'T! She kept trying to get me to take a plea deal and pay $400. After paying her $1000. and the plaintiff another $400, it turns out that they DIDN'T own the property that I was fishing from! I now have a criminal record for the rest of my life because she didn't do the simplist, most fundamental part of her job!
