Hired Attorney Ms. Carabeth Luckey

This is a very unethical law firm. They represented my step family in multiple cars regarding the distribution of estate funds and actually signed a document stating that my step father was competent enough to sign a document changing the will he and my mother had a agreed upon 33 years prior. I assume that based on the size of the town that they are personal friends with our ex family members and only wanted to make sure their “friends” were taking care of and cared nothing about the wishes of our mother and her portion of the estate. I have reported this firm to the Texas Bar Association and they are currently reviewing the matter. Unless you are looking for someone to use their friendship over the law in order to screw over others - I would avoid this place like the plague.

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*
