Hired Attorney Wesley S. Dodge

Wes Dodge, though an attorney with over 30+ years of law experience, failed to provide me with proper legal representation (ex. my wife won 100% Physical/Legal custody in an emergency custody hearing based on false statements she submitted in an affidavit to the court. We countered with our own affidavit, but Wes was unable/unwilling to fight at the hearing to ensure I had 50/50 legal custody; which I made very clear to him that I wanted prior to the hearing). His responses are generally not timely, he comes across as a very impersonal individual, and it often feels as if, over phone or email, that you are burdening him while trying to inquire about your case. I personally, based on my negative experience, would recommend you seek out another Family Law Attorney to represent you in a Divorce legal matter.
