Thomas Houston is an Attorney that represented me on my divorce in June 2018. Now that I am 4 years post -divorce, I realize what a horrible divorce decree he wrote. I have an X that is not following the decree and it is worded as one judge said "so vaguely" that it is hard to reinforce for kids expenses! I have 4 children and this is a terrible impact on me. Also, he did not include College and to be divied equally. With my naiveness, I thought his generalizations would be sufficient, but as a Family Law Attorney, he should have guided me so much better. There will be NO support from my X for College as it wasn't specifically written in the decree and with the children over 19 I have no recourse. I asked him to retake my case of Contempt from my X for decree and his last email was he was too busy with his caseload. He wished me luck in finding a new attorney for "post-decree" work. If he had not written it so poorly I would not NEED post decree work. DO NOT HIRE
