Terrible experience – representation failure that cost me everything I hired Stephanie W. Milone for a custody case that should never have been lost. She failed to represent my concerns, ignored critical facts I provided, and allowed the opposing attorney’s mistakes to pass without challenge — then charged me to fix them. Because of her poor representation, my ex-husband was awarded 100% legal custody, despite serious red flags in his behavior and criminal background. After the case closed, he abducted our children, disappeared, and was later arrested for drug trafficking. If this attorney had secured even shared legal custody, I could have protected my children. Her performance was not only legally inadequate, but it contributed directly to the danger my children now face. I cannot recommend her to anyone. Her lack of advocacy, judgment, and accountability caused long-term harm to me and my children. Stay far away from this lawyer.
