Slowiaczek Albers & Whelan PC, LLO is a law firm established in 2014 with an office in Omaha, NE. At this office location, there are 4 lawyers practicing family law, alimony and child support, modifications and enforcement and 7 other areas of law.
I am not surprised that the firm as a 4.9 rating from peers but a 2.5 from clients. Ms. Albers always appeared more concern with her perception to her peers, colleagues, and judges the me, the paying client. Ms. Albers has 6 months to handle an issue raised in the pre-trial letter and failed. She took no responsibility other than telling me post trial that she "felt like a fish out of water". Could not have been anymore disappointed in the services received especially at the premium the firm charges. You don't knowing going into a divorce whether it will be settled or litigated, and clearly, Ms. Albers is not one with your best interests in mind and lacks strong trial skills that one would expect based off her and the firm's perceived reputation.
