My son, Sean and I practice together. He's 43 years old. I am considerably older. So if you are considering our firm, know that you get two lawyers in one for your money. You get the younger and smarter partner, Sean. He's become quit experienced at such a youthful age. Sean is experienced in varied legal situations: Complex work comp matters that necessitate 3rd party actions; and multifaceted medical and legal malpractice litigation - to name a few. I graduated from Prep high school and attended NU on an athletic scholarship. I graduated from UNL in 1974, and Creighton Law School in 1977. I am married to my high school sweetheart, Connie. We raised our five children here, living in the Elmwood Park, Loveland/Westside and Eagle Run neighborhoods. All our kids were educated in Omaha's Catholic and public schools through high school. All were encouraged to and did attend college and/or beyond and are now successful contributing members to their communities.
