Pat Campagna was selected to be guardian ad leidem for my two children during my divorce from their father. Our divorce was very acrimonious as my ex wanted custody despite having a affair and wanting his mistress to raise our children. In our interview he told me in a very professional that our children would be fine and he has to take care of himself. I realized what he meant until after our trail when he recommended that my ex have custody despite the trauma he was causing our children. As my greatest flaw in his eyes is that I am a professional working woman. His strategy was to keep the conflicts going so he could squeeze as much money out of us. The trauma caused by his interventions have had lasting effects on me and my children.
Hiring Pat is akin to paying to decimate your own life while being told you are smart for doing it. It is not very hard to make an ex or your kids hate you, anyone can help you to do that. Most people live their lives carefully to avoid doing so. Pat's methodology is to win at all costs, which feels great in the moment until the case is over and you realize Pat gets to walk away and never see your ex or kids again and you are left with the mess he made for you. There are many skilled attornies in Omaha who can mediate a win/win for you, your ex and kids so that you can have a long happy life of good relationships with people who are closest to you. Pat is not worried about that. He will lose or he will win what you ask him to do, but one thing you will lose is your relationships in the process and will leave a paper trail for your kids to see what you allowed someone to do to them and the people they love. If you want to end up alone, choose Pat.

Behind his "Look at me" headshots on his new website (cheesy), flashy BMW and bragging about his trips to Tuscany on the internet, is OUR money. Good, humble Omaha families work hard to make our money. I fired Pat because he was out of touch with reality, had no ethics and all-around felt embarrassed with him representing me. He's not good at his job. FInd better.
Pat does seem to be popular with his lawyer friends when I look at his reviews. Unfortunately, these reviews must have been false or provided by those that do not know of his service well. As a former client, I was not happy with his professionalism. He embarrassed me and, I believe, is not worth his quite hefty costs. He is not a good man. There are many talented lawyers in Omaha. I would advise others to look elsewhere.
Patrick provided very bad service and lost my case. He pressured me into bad tactics towards my children's father, which led towards a very hostile relationship with my kids. My two eldest daughters were very upset and are not talking to me (they are over 18). Patrick took advantage of the emotion that I had about the end of a 20 year marriage and billed a lot of hours. When the divorce ended, I was left with legal bills and felt like not much else. I wish I would have chosen better.
