About Mark J. Curley

Mark J. Curley was born and raised in Sioux Falls, South Dakota. He was admitted to the bar in Nebraska in 1993 and in South Dakota in 1994. His first position as an attorney was with Brown & Brown, P.C. in Omaha, Nebraska, where he was exposed to many areas of the law including litigation, real estate, immigration, corporate, tax, and estates and trusts. In 1999, he founded the Curley Immigration Law Office to devote his practice exclusively to immigration and naturalization cases. Alpha Sigma Nu, National Jesuit Honor Society; Omicron Delta Kappa, National Leadership Honor Society; Adjunct Faculty, College of Saint Mary, Paralegal Studies Program; President, Dundee Elementary Parent-Teacher Association.

Hired Attorney Mark J. Curley

The service provided by Mark was over all excellent. He was very clear explaining the options available for me to comply with my immigration status, guided me step by step and was always diligent to communicate with me in order to overcome any unexpected set back during the process. He was always readily available for questions and realistic in regards as to what my expectations had to be. In addition I would like to extend my comments to Mark's staff in the office
