This was a very frustrating and stressful situation, so anyone can be critical of an attorney when it costs so much money, but the money I spent was the best investment I have ever made. If you want a quality Lawyer...retain Kelly. I bet my Ex wife wishes I wouldn't have.
He is an outstanding attorney. I have recommended him to all my friends.
My son and I hired Kelly to help him regain custody of his kids. In over two years he has failed to ANYTHING to advance my son's case. Yesterday was the worst - my son and his wife spent months to create a forensic timeline, complete with supporting emails, texts, and audio files completely cross-referenced with notes, which Kelly did not reference a single time. In addition, the counselor for my grandkids was supposed to testify at this hearing, but Kelly FORGOT to subpoena him!!
This was a simple case. I just wanted the current visitation that me and my ex have been doing for several years be put into writing. Now I don't see my daughter at all and my child support went up 200%. Kelly did not do a good job of communicating to me at all. I would receive mail from him and also get an email saying he did not have my address. He did a poor job arguing my case and to just quite on me 2 weeks before my trial date. His lives up to all of the bad lawyer stereo types.
