We hired cuz to represent my significant other and a case in Butler County Nebraska but Kaz would never call him back never answer an email or never would answer a phone call Kaz would show up 5 minutes before a court date and go over the case with him but whenever ever call anybody he never got a hold of the County Attorney would never get the discovery and then we took the case to trial and Caz did not do what he was paid for so Cass was not a very good attorney we are taking steps to let the bar association know and steps to getting our money back from that trial
My mother-in-law hired Kaz December 5,2024 with a $10,000 retainer. He was to represent her son in a criminal case. Kaz scheduled 17 visits and showed up to 3 of those 17. The others he no showed. No call. Nothing. Then we would try for days to get ahold of him and never could. He had us under the impression that he had filed for bond reductions and we found out he filed NOTHING at all with the courts for this case. Kaz has had the prosecutors discovery for a month now and has never shown it to my husband. Never even has told him anything that’s on it. My husband fired him a couple days ago and my mother-in-law has taken steps to get her retainer back!
