Hired Attorney

There were several difficulties communicating with him and our family felt he was unprofessional in these communications, often too personal and somewhat threatening. His bills were not detailed and not submitted with any listing of promised hours or work he would be contributing to our case. Likewise, he did not note his actual office activity as relating to our concerns. We felt his treatment of our family overall was unethical and unprofessional.

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*
