Fred Franklin is a hatred filled man with a racist agenda that stepped in to indict an innocent man based upon political affiliations as well as anti-white rhetoric! Fred Franklin lied to a grand jury about details and twisting meaning ultimately to obtain four indictments. Not only that but his unprofessionalism and blatant hatred towards Donald Trump and the Republican party was made public in thrown in the faces of everyone hearing the indictment hearing! I am completely disgusted by Omaha and it’s continued lack of spine to defend those that are innocent and especially cower in the face of skintone! We live in a society where criminals are exaltedwhile heroes are demonized. Law-enforcement is now questions and pressured to act separated from their oath to protect and uphold the constitution! This should bring fear and disappointments into everyone’s eyes in the Omaha area as you can be easily indicted by a blatantly racist with political undertones! Trash man!
Disregarded the rule of law and gave into the demands of seditious terrorists in the charging of Jake Gardner. His cowardice and irresponsibility has lead to a man, guilty of only defending himself from terroristic mobs, to take his own life. Frederick D Franklin is a vicious, partisan hack who drove an innocent man to suicide by bringing him up on charges of "making terroristic threats" because he attempted to warn someone away who was in the midst of attacking him. This man should be disbarred. He has no professional ethics and I sincerely hope the Lord will send him to hell for what he has done. This man is the epitome of what is wrong with the legal profession today.
