Diane L. Berger

Diane is the most unprofessional attorney I've ever met. She is extremely rude and inappropriate, and has ZERO compassion for the delicate matters of child custody. She treated me like a criminal from the first moment we spoke, even though it was discovered to all that my ex-husband made false allegations. She didn't care to develop a relationship with my daughter, whom was supposedly her client. Had she done this, she could have detected the allegations were false many months earlier and saved my daughter from continued psychological and sexual abuse. She contributed nothing to our case, and nothing to earn the over 4K we had to pay for half of her "services". Do better, Diane - this may just be a "job" to you, but this was our whole, entire life. Every interaction with you was like rubbing salt in a wound - and when it comes to your children, it's especially excruciating.

Diane Berger is terrible. She was assigned as a representative for my step daughter instead of a guardian ad litem in a custody case where my my wife's exhusband made a whole bunch of false accusations and filed legal paperwork etc allowing him to take full custody of both daughters. During this time he switched providers for them and made the whole process difficult, Diane was sitting like a lump on a log. She took no time to build a relationship with the child she was there to represent, instead seeing her as a teen/kid that was being difficult. She didnt see her as the kid we knew her to be. She was less than helpful through the whole process. In the end during this time when the girls were fully dependent on him, he took secret private videos and sexually abused one of them multiple times, all while Diane supported us going back to the regular custody. My oldest step daughter eventually used her voice and we now have full custody no thanks to Diane being worthless.

Diane is a horrible GAL. Sided with my ex and told a lot of lies about me. Kids are older now and we have finally talked. They never said 3/4 of what she told the courts. The two boys harbor a lot of hated towards her. Diane still talks to my ex. Years after our divorce!! Very unethical!!! I would never hire this women for anything!!

Diane was named as a Guardian Ad Litem to my case. The absolute worst possible human for this job! Turncoat, hates males. Slammed papers on her desk and yelled as orange hair was flying off the top of her head like Witch Hazel. Excessive and ridiculous extra charges to pad her pocketbook. My elderly parents offered to sit in front of this beast and came away with "Wow, what a horrible person." My two children were terrified of her. They're older now and it actually provides for some good comedic value...which may be the only value Diane has. If you end up with her on your case do everything and I mean everything to get her removed. Nasty piece of work.

This GAL should not be representing children in any shape or form. She is corrupt and my children disliked her. She was one sided and made fake accusations to make the judge believe something that wasn't there. Of course the judge saw her actions and disregarded them. If you get this attorney as a GAL I would fight to get her removed from your case and get another attorney to represent your children.

MY PERSONAL VIEW POINT OF ATTORNEY DIANE BERGER IS THAT IN MY OPINION SHE IS A JUDUS, CANNOT BE TRUSTED, IS SNEAKY, IS A TROUBLE MAKER, IS A MOOCH, IS BEING PAID FOR SERVICES IN EXCESSIVE AMOUNTS AT TAXPAYERS EXPENSE, KIDS DO NOT LIKE HER AND DO NOT WANT TO TALK TO HER THEY FIND HER SCARY AND ARE AFRAID OF HER. SHE IS NOT THE CLEANEST PERSON IN THE WORLD THAT SHE IS JUDGEMENTAL IS AGAINST THE MALES SUCKS UP SO SHE CAN GET THE MONEY WHICH IS HER GOAL WOULD I HIRE HER HELL NO

Attorney Diane Berger came to court wearing sweat pants, sweat shirt , muddy shoes, hair not combed, no teeth and her clothes were covered with cat hair. Attorney Berger filed a Motion to Terminate my Rights to my Daughter without even meeting me first! She is a terrible attorney and discriminates against men. Attorney Berger is a pig and do not walk if you see her coming, run and do not look back. She is not a Guardian ad Litem, she is to cheap to pay the fee's. I
